Your child will hugely benefit from a 30 minute massage at my home based clinic. Ideal for children with ADHD, anxiety or difficulty sleeping (packages available) Parent must stay.
Reflexology Home Visit - £45
Enjoy 60 minutes of relaxing massage in your own setting, just relax.

Reflexology is a personal experience, every one is unique therefore each individual body will react differently. Generally my clients feel relaxed and sleepy, they may notice unusual sensations in their body as I work through each of the reflex points.
Each reflexology session generally starts with an overview of your medical history, this will ensure I, the practitioner, understand your needs and concerns and am also aware of any underlying health conditions you may have.
Clients will relax on a massage bed, remain fully clothed accept for their feet and lower leg. Feet will be sanitized and a cream applied before I start to work my way through the reflex points.
